The Role
As an Esthetician & Treatment Consultant, you are the ultimate guide for our clients’ skin and wellness journeys. You won't just be performing treatments in a dark room—you will be an active consultant, analyzing client goals, recommending advanced service upgrades, and designing customized multi-session treatment packages.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Exceptional Treatments: Perform high-quality, results-driven facials, specialized skin treatments, and integrative body massages/wellness therapies.
- Consultative Sales & Package Design: Educate clients on their skin and wellness needs, confidently recommending and selling customized, long-term treatment packages and memberships.
- Service Customization: Seamlessly introduce and integrate service upgrades and enhancements (e.g., advanced modalities, peeling treatments, targeted add-ons) during the consultation process to elevate the client experience.
- Client Retention: Build a loyal book of business by following up with clients, tracking their progress, and ensuring they remain committed to their treatment plans.
- Maintain Standards: Keep treatment rooms pristine, organized, and stocked, adhering to all state sanitation and safety regulations.
What We Are Looking For
- Licensed professional: Active California Esthetician license required. (Dual license in Massage Therapy certifications is a plus).
- The Consultant Mindset: You genuinely enjoy the education and sales process. You don't see selling packages as a "hard sell," but rather as prescribing the necessary steps for a client to reach their goals.
- Versatile Skillset: Confident in performing both advanced facial treatments and therapeutic massage.
- Goal-Oriented: Motivated by performance goals, commissions, and growing a personal brand within our business.
- Excellent Communicator: Warm, professional, articulate, and able to build instant rapport.
