MUST HAVE A SORA LICENSE
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our team. Someone friendly and customer service driven, able to stand for long durations, SORA Card. Retail security so visual deterrence, call 9-11 if anything escalates.The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This position requires strong observational skills, the ability to respond effectively to incidents, and a commitment to upholding safety protocols.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor premises through regular patrols and surveillance systems to prevent theft, vandalism, and other criminal activities.
- Respond promptly to alarms and emergency situations, assessing the situation and taking appropriate action.
- Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order and safety within the facility.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting visitors and addressing their inquiries or concerns.
Skills
- Proficient in loss prevention techniques to minimize risks associated with theft or damage.
- Certified in CPR and First Aid to respond effectively in medical emergencies.
- Experience in militarized security operations is advantageous.
- Strong conflict management skills to de-escalate tense situations effectively.
