Duties
- Diagnose and repair electronic equipment
- Perform hardware and software troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issues
- Replace faulty components and perform necessary repairs to restore functionality
- Conduct tests to ensure proper functioning of repaired devices
- Keep accurate records of repairs, including parts used and work performed
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
Experience
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in electronics repair or a related field
- Troubleshoot problems to board level or sub-assembly to determine root cause of failure
- Familiarity with test equipment (e.g. patient simulators, oscilloscopes, signal generators, and other test equipment)
- Technical High School Graduate or College Level Training preferred
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing a wide range of electronic devices
- Strong knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting techniques
- Familiarity with common tools and equipment used in electronics repair
- Ability to read schematics and technical manuals to aid in the repair process
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour
