Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, training, and daily management to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Lead staff training initiatives on food preparation, POS systems (such as Aloha POS and Micros POS), cash handling, and food safety protocols.
- Maintain inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to optimize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health regulations, safety standards, and sanitation procedures across all areas of food handling and preparation.
- Manage shift schedules, supervise team performance, and conduct interviews for hiring new team members to build a motivated workforce.
- Implement quality control measures for food production, ensuring menu consistency and customer satisfaction.
- Drive sales growth through excellent customer service, innovative promotions, and community engagement activities.
Requirements
- Proven management experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant environment with a focus on food preparation and kitchen management.
- Strong background in food industry operations including culinary experience, food handling, and safety standards.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; cash handling experience is essential.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in staff training, supervising teams, and managing shift operations.
- Knowledge of inventory control practices, budgeting, and food management techniques.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate staff and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Previous hospitality management or restaurant experience preferred; casual dining or hotel experience is a plus.
