The Position:
We are looking for a Foreman. This is a perfect role for a seasoned concrete leader who thrives under pressure, schedule, and ensure the job gets done right and on time.
What you'll be doing:
- Oversee daily operations on commercial and residential projects
- Lead and direct crew members through layout, forming, pouring and finishing.
- Communicate with clients, project managers and homeowners as needed.
- Monitor job site safety.
- Coordinate materials, deliveries and equipment needs for job site.
- Track job progress and hours.
- Train new members as needed
We are looking for:
- 5+ Years concrete experience, with 2+ in leadership role
- Ability to manage teams and delegate tasks
- Expertise in concrete forming, placing, finishing, and site prep
- Must be able to work varied hours, 10-15 hours overtime weekly
- Must be able to tolerate and work in variable weather conditions as well as dusty and dirty environments.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and job documents
- Strong communication, organizational and time management skills.
- CDL is desired... but not required for hire
- Dependable, honest, and solution focused.
Pay and Benefits:
- Pay $32 - $42..based on experience
