At Ocean Reef Resorts, we strive for the best guest experience possible. First impressions are everything! They determine the enjoyment of a guest's vacation. A clean, ready property is the strongest start to that. As an Inspector, you are our eyes and ears on the field! You will be tasked with ensuring the property has been properly cleaned and that any maintenance issues are reported. This is pivotal to the guest experience!
What you'll do
Inspectors ensure our properties are clean and guest-ready. This will entail checking every room from top to bottom to verify it is clean and give the guests the best first impression. You will need to keep a clear report of anything that is out of place - in regards to maintenance issues, general cleaning, and tidiness. Your findings will then be reported to a Property Manager immediately through a simple app that connects all aspects of our company.
