As we continue to grow, we’re seeking an experienced Plumbing Service Technician/ Plumber to join our team to deliver service solutions to our residential and light commercial customers.
Job Responsibilities

Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance of plumbing systems in residential and light commercial properties

Diagnose plumbing issues, troubleshoot efficiently, and be able to present viable solutions

Communicate clearly with customers regarding the problem, recommended solutions, timeline, and pricing

Document jobs in company app include:

Detailed job notes
-
Materials used
-
Before / during / after photos
-
Completion of solution sheets as required

Maintain accurate records and coordinate as needed with dispatch and team members to keep jobs moving smoothly

Promoting the company

Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and safety standards

Maintain a clean, professional truck and jobsite; treat customer property with care

Stay current on industry best practices, products, and evolving plumbing technology
Qualifications
-
Minimum 3+ years of plumbing experience (service preferred)

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet

Excellent communication and customer service skills
-
Physical ability to perform manual work and lift equipment/materials as needed

High attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship

Knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations
-
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
