Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced Foremen to join our construction team. The Foremen will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily activities of construction projects, ensuring that work is completed safely, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a solid background in construction management.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers on-site
- Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations
- Monitor progress and quality of work, making adjustments as necessary
- Collaborate with project managers to develop work schedules and allocate resources
- Provide guidance and training to construction workers
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues or hazards
- Maintain accurate records of labor, materials, and equipment usage
- Communicate effectively with team members, subcontractors, and clients
Skills:
- Blueprint reading, Construction management, ProCore, OSHA
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
- Knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices
