Full-Time Dental Marketing & Community Outreach Coordinator
Pediatric Dentistry | Orthodontics | Oral Surgery | General Anesthesia
We are looking for an energetic, outgoing, dependable, and highly motivated Marketing & Community Outreach Coordinator to join our growing dental organization!
Our practices provide pediatric dentistry, orthodontics, oral surgery, and general anesthesia services, and we are looking for someone with a great personality who loves meeting people, visiting our referring dental offices, building and maintaining strong referral relationships, attending community events, and finding creative ways to help our practices grow and bring more referrals into our offices.
This is a full-time, hands-on marketing and relationship-building position. We are looking for someone who enjoys being out in the community, meeting with dental offices, representing our practices professionally, and developing genuine relationships with the doctors and teams who refer patients to us.
What You'll Do
- Regularly visit our referring dental offices to maintain and strengthen existing relationships
- Identify and visit new potential referring offices to introduce our practices and services
- Build relationships with dentists, specialists, office managers, treatment coordinators, and front-office teams
- Educate referring offices about our pediatric dentistry, orthodontic, oral surgery, and general anesthesia services
- Help referring offices understand which patients may be appropriate for specialty care, including patients who may require general anesthesia for dental treatment
- Follow up with referral offices and ensure they have the information and materials they need to confidently refer patients to us
- Develop creative ways to increase referrals and keep our practices top-of-mind within the dental community
- Track referral activity and identify opportunities to strengthen relationships and increase referrals
- Coordinate and attend community events, school events, health fairs, festivals, and other outreach opportunities
- Build relationships with schools, daycares, community organizations, and local businesses
- Help plan marketing campaigns, contests, promotions, giveaways, and patient-engagement activities
- Support our practices with patient experience and Google review initiatives
- Take photos and videos at events and within our practices for marketing and social media
- Assist with social media content and help showcase our practices, providers, teams, and community involvement
- Keep marketing visits, referral outreach, events, and follow-up activities organized and documented
- Work closely with leadership and our office teams to identify opportunities for continued growth

- Willing to travel throughout the area to visit referral offices and attend events
- Flexible for occasional evening or weekend community events
Required Dental Experience
Dental experience is required for this position.
Candidates must have a strong understanding of the dental field and be familiar with dental terminology, common dental procedures, treatment recommendations, specialty referrals, and general anesthesia dentistry.
Because this position involves speaking directly with dentists, specialists, treatment coordinators, and dental teams, candidates must be comfortable discussing our services and explaining the types of patients and procedures we can accommodate within our pediatric dentistry, orthodontic, oral surgery, and general anesthesia programs.
Previous experience working in a dental office, specialty dental practice, dental assisting, treatment coordination, front office, dental marketing, or another dental-related position is required.
