Position Summary
Dynetek Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Joint Use Coordinator to support utility coordination, ticket processing, and administrative functions. This position is responsible for processing joint-use tickets, managing engineering or joint-use tickets, maintaining accurate records, and assisting field and office teams with project documentation.
The ideal candidate is dependable, computer-savvy, able to manage multiple priorities, and comfortable working with utility-related documents, systems, and deadlines.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Process joint-use tickets accurately and in a timely manner.
- Review, update, and maintain joint use records, project files, and related documentation.
- Process and track engineering tickets, joint use tickets, or work requests as assigned.
- Coordinate with internal teams, field personnel, supervisors, customers, and utility representatives.
- Enter, update, and verify information in company systems, spreadsheets, databases, or customer portals.
- Monitor ticket status and follow up on pending items to help ensure deadlines are met.
- Assist with preparing reports, tracking project progress, and organizing job-related documentation.
- Review documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company or customer requirements.
- Provide general administrative support to the operations team.
- Maintain organized electronic and/or physical files.
- Communicate professionally by email, phone, and internal messaging systems.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in utility coordination, joint use, telecommunications, construction administration, or office administration preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to process a high volume of information while maintaining organization.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Experience with customer portals, ticketing systems, or project management systems preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to follow instructions, meet deadlines, and work independently.
- Must be dependable, professional, and able to handle confidential or sensitive information appropriately.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of utility poles, attachments, make-ready work, or joint use processes.
- Experience with joint-use ticketing platforms such as SPANS, NUNS, and AldenOne preferred.
- Experience processing engineering tickets or utility work requests.
- Ability to read basic maps, prints, work orders, or utility documentation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to follow up on pending items.
- Comfortable communicating with field crews, customers, and internal departments.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit, stand, use a computer, and communicate by phone or email for extended periods.
- Ability to review documents, enter data, and maintain accuracy throughout the workday.
- May occasionally lift or carry office materials up to 25 lbs.

Schedule
Full-time position. Schedule may vary based on company and project needs. Overtime may be required depending on workload and deadlines.
