Compensation:
$53 - $56 hourly
Responsibilities:-
Coordinate and manage comprehensive care plans tailored to each patient's unique needs, ensuring a holistic approach to hospice care.

Conduct regular assessments to monitor patient progress, adjusting care plans as necessary to meet evolving needs.

Qualifications:-
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Jersey.
