Manages all programs and services for adults with developmental disabilities residing in selected residential sites. Manages facility operations, supervises implementation of service plans, assures that individuals receive necessary services to promote their health and social growth. Screens prospective employees, supervises employees. Provides crisis intervention within 20 minutes when on-call.
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a Human Service or related field, plus two years of direct work related experience with persons with developmental disabilities; must be a QIDP within a reasonable time period; one year of managerial experience preferred.
