Our exceptional team is looking for a Zumba instructor to join us in providing Zumba fitness classes to our patients with anxiety, depression, and ADHD.
This is a contract, 1099 position, working 2-4 hours per week.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Design and teach group Zumba sessions for patients
- Design and deliver routines for clients of all ability levels and provide multi-level modifications
- Document group participation in the session
- Demonstrate a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude
- Create a safe exercise environment for all class participants by following site-specific safety and injury prevention procedures
- Complete assigned annual compliance training
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Preferably trained in trauma-informed or adaptive fitness practices
- High school diploma or equivalent required. A bachelor's degree in a related health and fitness field is preferred
- Completion of a vocational training or Zumba Instructor certification – ZIN (Zumba Instructor Network) membership required
- Current CPR certification is required
- Outgoing personality with a strong desire to provide exceptional client service
