What you'll be doing:
- Supporting structural analysis and design across a variety of building projects
- Assisting in the development of construction drawings, models, and technical documentation
- Collaborating with architects, contractors, engineers, and project teams
- Participating in site visits and construction observation efforts
- Assisting with RFIs, shop drawing reviews, and project coordination
- Supporting multidisciplinary teams through design and construction phases
- Working closely with senior engineers and mentors to continue developing technical skills
What we're looking for:
- Experience with Revit and structural analysis/design software preferred
- Exposure to commercial, institutional, residential, or complex building projects
- Strong understanding of structural systems, materials, and construction documents
- Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
- EIT or PE-track candidates strongly preferred
