Overview
X-Golf offers state-of-the-art indoor golf simulators with the most comprehensive tracking on the market, paired with a lively bar and entertainment space. The simulators are designed for golfers at all stages of their game and allows players access to some of the world’s greatest golf courses without ever leaving town. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Management of staff and day-to-day operations at the facility.
- Assist in overseeing daily store operations to ensure efficiency and high standards of customer service
- Managing hourly employees, including training, coaching, and follow-up.
- Management duties including food and beverage ordering, cash drawer verification, and providing great customer service.
- Implement marketing initiatives to increase store visibility and customer engagement
- Perform other management duties consistent with the General Manager position as asked by the owners
RECOMMENDED EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Manager in the entertainment, golf and/or food & beverage industries.
- Demonstrated leadership including experience developing direct reports.
- Proven record of providing superior member/guest service and staff training and development
- Excellent communicator, both verbal and written.
- Positive attitude, professional manner and appearance in all situations.
