Ford Technician Job Responsibilities
Diagnose vehicle concerns quickly and accurately using Ford diagnostic tools and procedures
Perform high-quality repairs on engines, drivability, electrical, steering, suspension, and brake systems
Complete warranty, customer-pay, and internal repair orders efficiently to maximize flat-rate hours
Conduct multi-point inspections and recommend necessary repairs and maintenance
Follow Ford manufacturer specifications and dealership repair standards on every job
Accurately document diagnostics, labor, and parts used on repair orders
Communicate effectively with service advisors to ensure smooth workflow and timely repairs
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation in compliance with safety guidelines
Ford Technician Benefits and Compensation
Salary Range: $30.00 - $55.00+ an hour flat rate depending on certifications. Ford Senior Master Certification is eligible for retention bonus.

Automotive Technician/Mechanic Qualifications
1-3 years of experience working on Ford vehicles preferred
Ford Certification is preferred but will consider other manufacturer certifications with experience
