Candidates must have professional grooming experience in a salon or mobile setting. Bathing or grooming pets at home does not qualify. Sign-On Bonus

Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform full-service grooming, including bathing, clipping, brushing, and breed-standard or client-specific cuts.
- Prioritize pet safety and well-being throughout the grooming process
- Build strong, positive relationships with pet parents
- Recommend appropriate products to enhance the pet’s care and appearance
- Maintain grooming area cleanliness, organization, and sanitation
- Use store scheduling and POS systems as needed
- Attend meetings and trainings
- Work collaboratively with the store and grooming team
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on professional dog grooming experience required
- High school diploma or GED required
- Formal grooming education or certification preferred
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable using grooming tools, scheduling software, and basic computer programs
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Active grooming environment with tubs, dryers, tables, and equipment
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift up to 45 pounds
- May require occasional travel to other locations, meetings, or events
- Variable hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be comfortable working with dogs of all sizes and temperaments
