Inspiring Minds Daycare LLC is a licensed childcare center serving children from 6 weeks through Kindergarten readiness. Position Summary
We are seeking a caring, dependable, and enthusiastic Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about early childhood education, enjoys working collaboratively, and is committed to creating a positive learning environment for children ages 3–5.
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities for preschool-aged children.
- Create a warm, welcoming classroom that encourages curiosity, creativity, and independence.
- Support children's social-emotional growth using positive behavior guidance.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment.
- Communicate professionally and respectfully with families and fellow team members.
- Follow DHS licensing regulations and all center policies and procedures.
- Observe, document, and share children's developmental progress.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Experience working with preschool-aged children required.
- Early Childhood Education coursework or degree preferred (or willingness to obtain).
- Current CPR and First Aid certification required.
- Ability to pass required background checks and meet state licensing requirements.
- Ability to lift 30–40 pounds and remain active throughout the workday.
