Job description:
Client Support Specialist is a new position we have created. BRCS is a growing company that provides residential and commercial cleaning services.
A CSS is responsible for Customer Service, Scheduling, & Quoting
What we need from you:
Strong communications skills - phone, email & chat
Follow up with warm, inbound leads
Help clients choose the best cleaning options for their home
Convert one-time cleanings into recurring services
Provide a top-tier client experience from first contact
Confident communicator who enjoys helping people
Organized, reliable, and quick to respond
Comfortable discussing pricing and closing sales
Motivated by goals, growth, and performance
Ability to learn & use multiple software programs
Previous cleaning or service business experience is a plus
Hours / Full-Time
In Office Availability: Monday - Friday / 8am - 4pm
Pay & Benefits
$15–$20 per hour (depending on experience)
