Shift: Monday to Friday, 4:00pm to 1:00am
Essential Functions:

Inspects materials and products from supplier. Performs materials, parts, and final assembly testing and inspections and completes documentation of test and inspection results.

Conducts testing of raw materials to ensure product quality.

Performs in-process, semi-final, and final inspections of materials and products to ensure compliance to drawings and specifications.

Completes inspection records according to procedure(s).

Conducts line inspections for production and packaging operations.

Prioritizes inspections based on business needs of manufacturing and research & development.

Maintains quarantine area(s) to ensure non-conforming materials, rejected materials, and materials awaiting inspection are clearly labeled with status.

Maintains, organizes, and ensure files are accurate and complete (i.e. DHR).

Follows all safety guidelines.

Maintains compliance with quality system procedures and company policies.

Follows directions on how to operate machines correctly.

Takes care of routine machine maintenance and keeps work area in neat condition.

Follows all safety rules regarding machine operation and proper guarding.

Performs other related duties and projects as business needs require at direction of management.
Minimum Qualifications:

Must be able to work night shift listed above.

Minimum one (1) year of experience in quality assurance or quality control preferred.

Experience in a medical device industry preferred.

Must be able to read and understand all operating procedures and applicable technical information

Proficient English verbal and written communication skills

Ability to create and compose written materials with proper English grammar and punctuation.

Ability to frequently push, lift and/or pull up to forty (40) pounds and up to fifty (50) pounds with assistance and/or use of equipment.
Pay Range: $19.00/hr-$22.00/hr
