Overview
As a Ninja Coach, you will energize and motivate participants of all ages by delivering engaging, high-energy coaching sessions that combine sports-specific training, martial arts techniques, and fun challenges. Your role will encourage confidence, discipline, and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Lead energetic coaching sessions focused on climbing, tumbling, and instructing students through various obstacle courses.
- Foster a positive environment by encouraging teamwork, sportsmanship, and confidence among participants of all ages and skill levels.
- Communicate clearly with students, parents, and team members to ensure understanding of instructions and progress updates.
- Maintain safety standards by supervising activities closely, ensuring proper use of equipment, and managing behavior effectively.
- Support the development of children’s physical literacy through fun drills, challenges, and skill-building exercises tailored to individual needs.
Experience
- Experience working with children or students in educational or recreational settings is essential.
- Strong communication skills to effectively instruct diverse groups and manage behavior positively.
- Must be CPR and First Aid certified or complete certification during the training process.
- Passion for teaching physical education to young children with the ability to motivate and maintain an energetic coaching style.
Pay: $9.00 - $12.00 per hour
