Essential Job Functions
- Thoroughly wash and sanitize soiled dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and bus tubs.
- Always maintain a clean and safe work area per restaurant guidelines.
- Cleaning and maintenance of all equipment.
- Restock all dishes, utensils, glassware, pots, and pans in designated storage area.
- Clean, Sanitize, and break down equipment before the end of shift.
- Remove trash containers from behind bar and restaurant area as needed.
- Perform additional duties requested by management.
Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Possess/ Obtain Health card
- Good verbal communication.
- Must be able to perform job duties in a high- volume and fast paced environment.
- Interact in a friendly and professional manner with guests, management, and co-workers.
- Must be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
- Must be able to reach, bend and lift up to 40 lbs.
