Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and customer-oriented Barista/Server to join our team. You will be trained to make drinks and serve customers.
Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of milk tea, teas, and other menu items with precision and care.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and dining room according to food safety regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and timely service
- Engage with customers to take orders, provide recommendations, and ensure satisfaction with their experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food preparation stations and equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours while managing time effectively.
Qualifications
- Must be fluent in Cantonese Chinese
- Previous experience in a café or food service environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong cash handling skills with basic math proficiency for accurate transaction processing.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A friendly demeanor with strong communication skills to interact positively with customers and team members.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.18 - $20.95 per hour
