Job Title: Facility Maintenance Technician
Department: Lab/Operations
General Summary:
Facility Maintenance Technician supports the daily operations of our warehouse, facility, and vehicle
fleet. This role is hands-on and diverse, requiring someone who can balance maintenance tasks with
inventory and order management while ensuring our workspace and vehicles remain in top condition.
Job Duties:
- Assist with daily warehouse and facility maintenance
- Manage website order preparation and fulfillment
- Create and ship items using shipping tools (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
- Maintain and track inventory/stock levels
- Support vehicle fleet upkeep, including scheduling tire checks, oil changes, and managing GPS
trackers
- Perform light cleaning, minor repairs, and restocking office supplies
- Collaborate with the team to identify and solve operational challenges
Minimum Qualifications
- 1-2 years of hands-on maintenance experience, preferably in a laboratory, research, biotech,
or healthcare environment.
- Strong working knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.).
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Highschool Diploma/GED
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ Years Hands on Maintenance experience
Physical Requirements
Must be able to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods. Must be able to lift 25-50lbs. May be required
to ascend/descend stairs.
