Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker for one of our clients located in Oakley, CA. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse by handling various tasks related to operating an electric pallet jack, reach forklift, pick and pack along with other general warehouse duties. This position requires a strong work ethic, the ability to operate heavy equipment, and a commitment to maintaining safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks, clamp trucks, and forklifts safely and efficiently.
- Maintaining a daily quota
- Utilize RF scanners for inventory tracking and management.
- Assist in the shipping and receiving processes, ensuring accurate documentation and timely delivery of goods.
- Maintain organization within the warehouse by following established procedures for inventory management.
- Perform regular inspections of equipment to ensure proper functionality and report any mechanical issues.
- Adhere to OSHA regulations and company safety policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.
Experience
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting.
- Experience operating electric pallet jack.
- Experience operating stand-up, sit-down, reach-lift, and order picker
Job Types: Full-time, Temp-to-hire
Pay: $19.00 per hour
