Help Build Something From the Ground Up
Monza LLC is creating a brand-new leadership position responsible for acquiring, preparing, and selling manufactured homes across our growing portfolio of communities.
This is not a traditional sales position. It is an opportunity to build a department, develop lasting business relationships, and play a significant role in increasing occupancy and growing our company.
We're looking for someone who is equally comfortable building long-term relationships, managing multiple projects, and closing transactions. Success comes from earning trust, following through on commitments, and helping our communities grow—not from high-pressure sales tactics.
This position offers exceptional career growth. The successful candidate will help shape the future of Monza's home acquisition and sales strategy while working directly with company leadership.
What You'll Do
· Develop relationships with manufactured home dealers, community owners, transport companies, lenders, contractors, and industry partners.
· Source and negotiate the purchase of manufactured homes throughout our markets.
· Evaluate acquisition opportunities and recommend purchases.
· Coordinate transportation, setup, and preparation of homes for sale (completion of a Manufactured Home Installation Course required after hire).
· Partner with community managers to determine inventory needs and maximize occupancy.
· Guide buyers from initial inquiry through closing.
· Coordinate financing and work with lenders.
· Monitor inventory, pricing, margins, sales performance, and inventory turnover.
· Identify opportunities that support long-term portfolio growth.
Travel
This position requires approximately 40–50% regional travel. You'll regularly visit communities, inspect homes, meet with vendors and contractors, develop new business relationships, and support community managers throughout the portfolio. Candidates should enjoy working in the field and be comfortable traveling extensively.

What Success Looks Like in Your First Year
· Develop trusted relationships with community managers, dealers, transport companies, lenders, contractors, and industry partners.
· Create a reliable pipeline for acquiring quality manufactured homes.
· Reduce the average time from home acquisition to sale.
