What You'll Do
As our Lead Cleaning Technician, you'll spend part of your time cleaning and part of your time ensuring our team delivers the Spots Standard.
Responsibilities include:
- Perform residential, Airbnb, and property turnover cleanings
- Lead team cleanings when multiple technicians are assigned
- Train and mentor new cleaners
- Conduct quality inspections and ensure company standards are met
- Assist with scheduling adjustments and daily operations
- Communicate with management regarding supplies, quality concerns, and staffing
- Help maintain inventory and equipment
- Represent Spots professionally with every customer
What We're Looking For
- Previous professional cleaning experience preferred
- Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and dependable work ethic
- Comfortable working independently and with a team
- Able to lift 30+ pounds and remain active throughout the day
- Smartphone for scheduling and communication
