The Role
As our RDH, you will conduct comprehensive periodontal assessments, deliver GBT-protocol hygiene care, educate patients on the systemic connections to oral health, and contribute to a warm, trust-driven patient experience. Your voice matters here — this is a small office where every team member shapes the culture.
What We Are Looking For
- Current RDH licensure in good standing
- A collaborative, curious mindset and a passion for whole-health dentistry
- Comfort with or eagerness to learn GBT protocols (training available for the right candidate)
- Strong communication skills and a patient-first approach
- Interest in airway, sleep, or TMD topics is a definite plus.
