La Fonda Express is looking for a reliable, energetic, and punctual Catering Line Server/Food Prep Team Memberto join our team.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working early mornings, can work in a fast-paced environment, and understands the importance of being on time and prepared for daily catering service.
Start Time: 3:00 AM
The employee will:

Arrive at 3:00 AM to assist with preparing food and catering supplies.
- Help organize, pack, and load all food, serving equipment, utensils, and other items needed for our daily off-site breakfast catering.
- Travel with the team to our daily catering location.
- Be completely set up and ready to serve at the plant by 5:30 AM.
- Serve breakfast and provide friendly, professional customer service.
- Maintain food quality, presentation, and proper serving quantities.
- Keep the serving and preparation areas clean and sanitary.
- Restock food and supplies throughout service.
- Assist with breakdown and cleanup after breakfast service.
- Remain at the catering location until approximately 10:00 AM and assist with returning equipment and supplies as needed.
- Dependable and punctual — early-morning attendance is essential
- Friendly and positive attitude
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Able to work quickly and efficiently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced food-service environment
- Able to work as part of a small team
- Customer service or food-service experience is a plus
- Must be willing and able to report to work at 3:00 AM
Reliability is extremely important for this position because our catering team must be at the plant, set up, and ready to serve by 5:30 AM every day.
