Summary
Deerfield High School is seeking a Head Boys Lacrosse Coach to lead and continue developing a competitive, student-centered lacrosse program. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with a commitment to building a positive team culture rooted in growth, accountability, sportsmanship, and academic success. This position will oversee all aspects of the program, including practice planning, skill development, game preparation, program logistics, and collaboration with student-athletes, assistant coaches, families, and the athletic department. Prior lacrosse coaching or playing experience is preferred, along with a strong understanding of the sport and a passion for mentoring high school student-athletes both on and off the field.
