Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Entry-Level Business Development / Sales Associate to support our growth initiatives by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and assisting with the sales process. This role is ideal for individuals looking to launch a career in sales, business development, account management, or marketing.
Key Responsibilities

Research and identify prospective clients, partners, and business opportunities.

Conduct outbound outreach through phone calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and networking events.

Qualify leads and schedule meetings for VP of Business Development or Regional sales managers.

Maintain and update customer information within CRM systems.

Support the development of sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.

Track sales activities, pipeline progress, and key performance metrics.

Assist with customer follow-up and relationship management.

Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities as assigned.
