Role Overview
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for attracting, engaging, and hiring high-quality talent across the organization. This role owns the end-to-end recruitment process, builds strong talent pipelines, partners closely with hiring managers, and ensures an exceptional candidate experience while supporting the company’s growth goals.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Sourcing

Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, from intake through offer and onboarding

Proactively source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, campus recruiting, and industry events

Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs

Support workforce planning by anticipating hiring demand and market trends
Hiring Manager Partnership

Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, timelines, and success profiles

Provide guidance on interviewing best practices, bias mitigation, and legal considerations

Facilitate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and hiring decisions
Employer Branding & Outreach

Support employer branding initiatives and social recruiting efforts

Represent the organization at career fairs, workforce events, campus recruiting, and early-career programs

Promote referral programs and engage internal stakeholders to drive participation
Candidate Experience

Deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate experience from first touch through onboarding

Communicate clearly and professionally with candidates

Identify and implement improvements to the candidate journey
Systems, Reporting & Optimization

Manage applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring data accuracy and compliance

Track recruiting metrics and provide regular reporting (time-to-fill, pipeline health, source effectiveness)

Optimize recruitment processes and tools for efficiency and scalability
Onboarding Support

Partner with HR Operations to ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance to onboarding

Support new hire onboarding activities as needed, including bilingual communication when applicable
Qualifications
Required
-
2–4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting

Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously

Strong sourcing and interviewing skills

Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruiting analytics

Knowledge of employment laws and hiring compliance

Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills

Experience recruiting for both professional and production roles
