About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Production Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, ensure order accuracy, and drive team performance. This role plays a critical part in delivering a high-quality customer experience by overseeing production workflows, maintaining quality standards, and supporting logistics coordination.

Compensation & Schedule
- Pay: $26–$28 per hour (paid weekly)
- Schedule: Friday through Thursday
- Hours: Between 6:00 AM – 11:30 PM (flexibility required)
- Employment Type: Full-time
What You’ll Do
Warehouse Operations & Order Fulfillment
- Review and verify customer orders using Bill of Lading (BOL)
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with 100% accuracy
- Ensure all orders are completed and ready for next-day delivery
- Perform quality control (QC) inspections on outgoing orders
Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Supervise daily production activities and ensure adherence to SOPs
- Conduct QC audits and maintain inspection logs
- Coach and develop team members based on performance and quality findings
- Monitor and drive key performance metrics such as:
- LPU (Lines Per Unit)
- UPH (Units Per Hour)
Communication & Customer Support
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers via Slack and email
- Collaborate with dispatch, warehouse teams, and corporate partners
- Utilize bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish preferred) to support a diverse workforce and customer base
Logistics & Coordination
- Schedule freight with brokers and ensure BOLs are shared accurately
- Support planning and execution of warehouse logistics
- Participate in customer site visits for upcoming launches
Inventory & Supply Management
- Maintain adequate levels of cleaning and packaging supplies
- Order materials through approved vendors as needed
- Ensure operational readiness for customer onboarding and launches
General Operations Support
- Assist with broader warehouse activities as needed
- Ensure a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Partner with leadership on on-call coverage and operational needs
- Attend regular meetings with local and corporate teams
What You BringRequired Qualifications
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 lbs
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to follow procedures and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
Preferred (Nice to Have)
- Previous warehouse or production experience
- Order picking and packing experience
- Forklift certification
- Food Handler’s Card or ServSafe certification
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
