The Norfolk Community Services Board (NCSB) provides treatment, support, and education to the community with a focus on mental illness, substance use addiction, and intellectual/developmental disabilities. Norfolk CSB provides services to persons in acute crisis as well as integrated, person-centered, and recovery-oriented programming for persons needing assistance and support stabilizing in the community.
Today, the NCSB provides treatment and rehabilitation services to over 6,000 Norfolk citizens yearly. The NCSB is seeking a Division Head. The Division Head will manage the Division of Crisis Services. The programs include 24/7 service lines including prescreen assessments, mobile crisis response, and related programs/staff. This role is established to provide leadership, direction, implementation of best practices, ensuring fiscal viability, and ensure that the programs have the resources and support they need for appropriate staff support and effective services to consumers. This role also provides local, regional, state, and national communication to support stakeholders of these service units as well as to ensure that the Norfolk units are appropriately connected to these larger groups.
Department Hiring Salary Range: $70,486-$80,884
