We're a Hendersonville-based custom sports uniform company outfitting youth and community sports leagues across Middle Tennessee — Little Leagues, school programs, and rec associations. We've grown steadily for over a decade, and we're a small, close-knit team that takes pride in getting it right for the coaches and families who count on us every season.
We're hiring a full-time team member to learn our entire order and design process, start to finish. This is a real growth role with significant ownership — not entry-level clerical work. No design experience required; we'll train you on everything.
What you'll do
- Meet with coaches and league reps to design their uniforms using our supplier's easy template-based builder, and turn that into a placed, tracked order from start to finish
- Generate quotes, manage customer communication, and keep people updated as orders move through production and shipping
- Check team rosters for accuracy and track in-house embroidery jobs through completion
- Help coordinate receiving, sorting, and order pickup/delivery
- Build lasting relationships with the coaches and league directors you'll work with season after season
What we're looking for
- 1-2+ years in a customer-facing role — retail, sales, design, or order management all count
- Comfortable learning new software (we provide full training) and managing multiple orders/conversations at once, especially during our busy spring season
- Strong attention to detail and great communication, written and in person
- Reliable, in-person, full-time — this isn't a remote role
- Basic computer skills (Google Sheets/Excel, email) and able to occasionally lift up to ~30 lbs
Nice to have: experience with youth sports leagues, custom apparel/embroidery, or tools like QuickBooks or Airtable.
Pay & growth: Start at $16-18/hour based on experience, with a raise to $19-20/hour once you're independently running design appointments and placing orders — usually within a few months. Immediate hire, hands-on training from day one.
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, with extended hours during our spring peak (February-May).
