Responsibilities:
- Decorate cakes, cookies and cupcakes according to customer specifications
- Preparing fillings, and frostings
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen work area
- Follow food production and safety standards
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with cake selections and answering any questions they may have
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years cake decorating experience
- EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE of decorating with BUTTERCREAM, FONDANT and ROYAL ICING
- EXPERIENCE in making 3D FONDANT figures
- Strong attention to detail and creativity in designing cakes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
