Full Job Description

Responsible for assembling and packaging items for Medical and Non-Medical customers.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

· Assemble and package linen items in accordance with customer specifications and production standards

· Inspect for stains and wear and tear on all items and place at assigned bin for rewash and discard as needed

· Clean personal work area and public areas each day

MINOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist Terry, Sort, and Ironer departments as needed to maintain production standards

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Ability to operate shrink-wrap machinery
Ability to maintain the production standards set forth by the Production Manager
Ability to work well within a group
Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
Ability to read and write English and perform basic math functions
Ability to lift up to 60 pounds on a regular basis
Ability to stand at production work stations for extended periods of time
