Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our healthcare team in Milford, NH. The CNA will provide high-quality patient care and support residents with daily living activities. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, team-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional care.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and report changes to nursing staff.
- Support residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
- Observe and document patient conditions and communicate concerns promptly.
- Assist with meal service and hydration needs.
- Follow infection control, safety, and facility protocols.
- Provide emotional support and compassionate care to residents and families.
- Work collaboratively with nurses and healthcare staff to ensure quality patient care.
Requirements
- Active CNA Certification in New York State (CNA – NH)
- Current BLS Certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable attendance and professional demeanor
