What You’ll Do:
- Be our "Go-To": Act as the main point of contact for clients over the phone and in person, making sure they feel supported from arrival to checkout.
- Manage Front Office Flow: Handle a busy multi-line phone system, schedule appointments accurately, and keep our lobby moving.
- Bridge the Gap: Clearly explain next steps and instructions to pet owners so no question goes unanswered.
- Handle Administration: Process payments, prepare for upcoming appointments, and manage our client & internal hospital communications.
- Keep Things Tidy: Help maintain a clean, welcoming reception and waiting area.

Position Details:
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week split into four 10-hour shifts.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Pay: $20.00 – $24.00 per hour (depending on experience).
