About this Role:
The Interior Designer at Aria Group is a key member of the architectural and design team, actively contributing to design tasks and gaining exposure to technical aspects across all project phases.
Core Responsibilities:

Ensure precision and accuracy in drafting and Revit modeling standards.

Actively contribute to the preparation and submittal of design, bid and construction documents using technical and design software.

Interpret the project design intent and code requirements, translating them into detailed designs and presentation

Contribute to initial concepting and creative ideas under supervision of the design team

Maintain and organize design materials within the studio/library; remove unused or outdated materials.

Research new products and compile information essential for developing design packages and construction documents.

Apply creative judgment in evaluating and implementing standard architectural principles and design concepts throughout the project.

Demonstrate a basic understanding of building construction, MEP, civil, and structural engineering principles and their impact to the overall design.

Actively contribute to the preparation of preliminary space plans that are functional, code compliant and aesthetically appropriate.

Assist in the initial review of shop submittals and RFIs during the construction phase.

Maintain regular communication with senior staff to provide updates assigned tasks and project status.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Design from an accredited school.

1 to 3 years of experience in an architectural or design firm.

Experience within the restaurant/hospitality/entertainment sector is advantageous.
Technical Skills:

Experience in Revit and AutoCAD is required.

Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, SketchUp, Enscape and Microsoft Office is a plus.
