-
Partner with Supply Chain leadership on the SIOP/IBP production planning process.
-
Identify capacity constraints and supply risks and develop mitigation plans.
-
Drive schedule adherence, capacity utilization, inventory, fill rate, and service-level performance.
-
Partner with Operations, Procurement, Maintenance, Quality, Sales, Customer Service, and Finance to maintain executable production plans.
-
Serve as planning ERP/SCP process owner and drive master-data accuracy.
-
Develop planning KPIs, dashboards, and leadership reporting.
-
Establish inventory targets, safety stocks, and replenishment parameters.
-
Support seasonal demand, new product launches, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
Minimum Requirements

Proven success managing planning complexity across multiple facilities and product lines.

Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and cross-functional influencing skills.
Preferred
