Tatco Construction is hiring a Plumbing Apprentice to join our growing team. We’re a fast-growing commercial construction company here in Oklahoma, and we’re looking for someone who wants to learn, work hard, and grow into a strong commercial plumber. This role will support our Journeyman Plumber on job sites and is a great way to gain hands-on experience in the field while contributing to the success of our projects.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist Journeyman Plumbers with installing, repairing, and maintaining commercial plumbing systems
- Help read and understand basic plans, drawings, and measurements
- Learn how to use plumbing tools and equipment safely
- Carry materials, prep work areas, clean up job sites, and keep things organized
- Support troubleshooting tasks and help solve problems with the team
- Show up ready to learn, work hard, and be part of a crew that does things the right way and holds each other to high standards
What We’re Looking For:
- At least one year of plumbing experience, residential or commercial
- Basic understanding of plumbing tools, materials, and job site safety
- A willingness to learn and take direction from experienced plumbers
- Ability to lift heavy materials, work on your feet, and handle physical tasks
- Comfortable working outdoors in different job site conditions
- Someone who communicates well and takes pride in doing quality work
- Reliability, teachability, and a good attitude matter most
What You’ll Get:
- Hourly Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour depending on experience
