For the normal operation of the vision system used in the secondary battery
manufacturing process, periodic inspection and maintenance work are carried out. It
is in charge of troubleshooting that quickly diagnoses and solves various technical
problems that may occur in the vision facility. Through this, we minimize production
interruptions and maintain process efficiency.
2. Verification of the consistency of vision equipment for quality issues:
To address any quality issues that may arise during the manufacturing process, ensure
that the vision system is being applied correctly to the process and verify its consistency.
In this process, the performance of the vision equipment is checked, and the quality of
the product is improved by improving the parts that do not meet the quality standards.
3. Parameter optimization:
Adjusting and optimizing the relevant parameters to ensure optimal performance for the
vision equipment. By adjusting the parameters to the characteristics required by
the vision system in the manufacturing process, it plays an important role in lowering the
defect rate and maintaining process consistency.
4. Adjusting operational direction according to customer needs:
Establishing and aligning the operating direction of vision facilities according to the
Customer’s specific requirements or processes. Provide customized support for each
Customer’s vision system operation and suggest directions for process improvement.
