Job Description
This is a temporary position expected to last through mid-October 2026. Position may end sooner. Depending on business conditions, the position may become full-time. Applicants must be drug-free and at least 18 years old.

40 HOURS A WEEK, 1ST SHIFT, 7AM-3PM
General Function and Primary Objective(s):
- Support daily production schedule for deliveries.
- Works with employees/supervision to satisfy demand and maintain Lean objectives.
- Ensure productivity objectives are satisfied.
Primary duties:
The following includes but is not limited to the duties and responsibilities; other tasks may be assigned.
- Assemble and package chairs, tables, sub-assemblies, etc. for shipment to the customer.
- Cut out material for seats and seat-backs. Glue and upholster the specified material together.
- Polish chrome parts as needed.
- Maintain a high level of quality (parts produced) and productivity on a daily basis.
- Insure all parts and/or sub-assemblies are packed for shipment.
- Report all production issues, accidents, scrap, and safety concerns to immediate supervisor.
- Follow the work schedule provided by immediate supervisor.
- Other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Knowledge, Skill and Ability:

- Must be able to run the equipment in the department correctly.
- Must have excellent internal customer relations skills and experience.
- Must have basic computer skills.
- Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs. regularly, and up to 50 lbs. on occasion, stand for long periods of time, and have the ability to regularly use hands and wrists to perform the essential job functions.
