Position Overview:
This hybrid role includes greeting and seating guests, running food and drinks to tables, and clearing/cleaning tables efficiently. You’ll be a key part of the front-of-house experience, ensuring every guest receives friendly and attentive service from the moment they walk in to the moment they leave.
Responsibilities:
Host Duties:
- Greet all guests with a warm, genuine welcome
- Manage waitlist and seating rotation efficiently
- Communicate clearly with servers and kitchen staff
- Maintain a tidy, welcoming entry area
Food Runner Duties:
- Deliver food and drinks quickly and accurately
- Ensure proper presentation and guest satisfaction at drop-off
- Communicate any guest needs back to servers or kitchen
Busser Duties:
- Clear, clean, and reset tables swiftly between parties
- Refill water, coffee, and assist with guest needs as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of dining and service areas
