Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial HVAC Foreman to lead and oversee heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) projects within commercial construction environments. This role is pivotal in ensuring that HVAC installations, repairs, and maintenance are executed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. As a Foreman, you will coordinate teams, manage project timelines, and ensure compliance with safety regulations while delivering exceptional results that meet client expectations. Your expertise in construction management and HVAC systems will drive project success from start to finish.
Duties
- Lead and supervise HVAC installation crews on commercial construction sites, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to plans and specifications
- Coordinate daily activities with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain workflow and meet project deadlines
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide installation processes accurately
- Ensure all work complies with OSHA safety standards and company safety policies; conduct regular safety meetings and inspections
- Oversee quality control measures by inspecting work for adherence to specifications, schematics, and industry standards
- Maintain accurate documentation including daily reports, change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), and safety logs
Experience
- Proven supervisory experience in commercial HVAC projects or related heavy construction environments
- Familiarity with construction management software such as ProCore and Bluebeam
- Experience reading blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings with attention to detail
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations related to construction site safety; ability to enforce safety protocols effectively
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while supervising teams effectively

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
