Anis Café and Bistro is a casual, upscale French bistro in Buckhead. We are looking for experienced line cooks, full time. Anis is a fast-paced environment; employees must be quick and hard-working, and able to work under pressure. The small kitchen must meet the demands of a high-volume restaurant, so strong previous experience is required. Line cooks must be able to run grill, fryer, and sauté stations; competence cooking fish and meet to temperature is required.
Schedule is flexible, but employees must be available weekends (including Sundays), lunches, and holidays. Hourly pay based on experience, with potential for raises.
