Thank you for taking a look at Woodward Cannabis. Before applying, please read the following in its entirety. This medical marijuana trimmer position is the entry-level job into our company. The responsibilities for these employees will mainly include:
- Trimming flower.
- Assisting in harvests and the post-harvest process.
- Labeling the product.
- Preparing the finished product for shipment.
- Cleaning of the community areas.
Employees should come to work in clean, comfortable clothes that are free of animal hair. Earbuds are permitted as long as one is still attentive and easily reached. A locker will also be provided where employees can place their belongings.
A full-time schedule for this position will consist of four 10-hour shifts (from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.) on four of the days from Monday to Friday. These hours include a 30-minute lunch break as well as two paid 15-minute breaks. A part-time schedule will typically consist of working two of those days.

Finally, the Ohio Medical Marijuana Control Board requires a BCI & FBI background check before you can be certified as an employee. To work in this field, you must be able to pass a background check and you must be over the age of 21.
