Monitor and document changes in client condition or behavior, and report concerns promptly to supervisors or healthcare providers.
Support clients with dementia and behavioral issues, utilizing patience, redirection, and de-escalation techniques.
Prepare meals, assist with feeding as needed, and encourage fluid and food intake.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for clients.
Engage clients in activities that promote emotional and physical well-being.
Follow care plans and medication reminders as directed.
Communicate effectively with family members, supervisors, and other care team members.
