We are expanding our team and in search of an experienced, compassionate, capable and dedicated customer service assistant. Additionally, general office work will be involved. Training and growth in our systems and protocols are provided along with a list of benefits. Veterinary experience is helpful but not required. Customer service experience in a busy setting is more important. Bilingual ability is very appreciated. Our practice is mixed and busy, primarily small animal with a significant equine case load. Your role will be providing for client needs through scheduling, data entry, phone service, and medical record management. We practice outside of corporate medicine and the dogma associated with that form of practice doesn't exist here. As a team we take care of our patients, our clients, our practice and each other.
Compensation will be based on capabilities and experience.
